2. Project Deposits and Advance Payments
For custom website and development projects, an advance payment may be required before work begins.
Once development or design work has started, the advance payment is generally non-refundable, as time, resources, planning, development, and other work may already have been invested in the project.
The applicable payment terms will be communicated to the client before the project begins.
3. Refund Eligibility
A refund may be considered in exceptional circumstances, including:
- Prem Rai is unable to commence or deliver the agreed project due to reasons within our control.
- A service has been paid for but cannot reasonably be provided.
- A duplicate payment was made accidentally.
- A refund is specifically agreed upon in writing between Prem Rai and the client.
Any approved refund will be evaluated based on the work already completed, project expenses, third-party costs, and the applicable terms agreed upon with the client.
4. Non-Refundable Services
The following are generally non-refundable once work has commenced:
- Custom website design and development
- WordPress development and customization
- WooCommerce development
- Website revisions already completed
- SEO and digital marketing work already performed
- Website maintenance services already delivered
- Consultation or strategy sessions that have already taken place
- Custom graphics, content, or other work created specifically for the client
- Third-party services, licenses, hosting, domains, plugins, themes, or software purchased on behalf of the client
5. Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, including ebooks, courses, downloadable files, templates, graphics, documents, and other digital resources, all sales are generally final once the product has been delivered or access has been provided.
If you experience a technical issue preventing you from accessing or downloading a purchased digital product, please contact us so we can investigate and, where possible, resolve the issue.
6. Cancellation of Projects
Clients may request cancellation of a project by contacting Prem Rai in writing.
If work has already started, cancellation charges may apply based on:
- Work completed up to the cancellation date
- Time spent on the project
- Third-party expenses
- Materials, licenses, or services purchased for the project
- Other non-recoverable project costs
Any remaining refundable amount, if applicable, will be determined after these costs are assessed.
7. Revisions and Changes
Project fees do not automatically become refundable because a client changes their mind about the design, functionality, content, or project direction after work has commenced.
The number of included revisions, if applicable, will be based on the project agreement or quotation.
Additional changes outside the agreed scope may be charged separately.
8. Third-Party Products and Services
Prem Rai may use or purchase third-party products and services, such as:
- Premium WordPress themes
- Plugins
- Hosting services
- Domain names
- Software licenses
- APIs
- Stock images
- Other third-party tools
Refunds for third-party products or services are subject to the refund policies of the respective providers. Where a third-party purchase is made specifically for a client, Prem Rai cannot guarantee that the third-party provider will issue a refund.
9. Failed or Duplicate Payments
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or have made a duplicate payment, please contact us as soon as possible with the payment details.
After verification, eligible duplicate or erroneous payments may be refunded through the original payment method where possible.

11. Refund Processing
